Domestic:

Waiver for Date Change:

• For tickets issued effective 21/5/20 to 30/6/20 and travel commencing on or before 30/6/20,one complimentary Date/Flight change will be permitted on the same sector and same cabin without any difference of fare or change penalty
• For tickets issued prior to 21/5/20 and travel commencing on or before 30/6/20,one complimentary Date/Flight change will be permitted for travel till 31/3/21. Fare difference if any will be applicable
• For tickets issued effective 21/5/20 to 30/6/20, one complimentary Date/Flight/Sector change will be permitted if the customer opts to reschedule travel between 1/7/20 - 31/3/21. However the fare difference will be applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Domestic tickets purchased effective 18/6/20 till further notice, full refund without any penalty will be permitted on all domestic flights cancelled by the airline within 14 days of departure from the travel date.

International:

• International tickets purchased till 31/5/20 for travel till 30/6/20, one complimentary Date/Sector change will be permitted if the customer opts to reschedule the travel between 1/7/20 - 31/3/21. However the difference of fare if any will be applicable.
