Waiver for Date Change:
This policy applies to all tickets issued anytime until 30/9/20 , for travel on or before 31/12/20
- Keep your ticket and use it when you are ready with an extended ticket validity of 2 years from the date of issuance
- Travel date and the destination (within same country or upto 5000 miles of original destination where we fly) can be changed free of charge until 31/12/20.
- Swap your ticket for Qmiles and redeem them towards reward flights, extra baggage or cabin upgrades when the time is right. For every 1 USD, you will earn 100 Qmiles that are valid for at least three years, so you can have the flexibility to choose how, when and for whom to redeem them.
- If you are affected, you can re-book your ticket to alternative dates or destinations or opt to receive a voucher for future travel, equivalent to the value of your ticket plus an additional 10% value, excluding statutory taxes.
- Alternatively, you can opt to exchange your ticket for Qatar Airways Privilege Club Qmiles, or get a refund.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Qatar Airways is permitting refund for cancelled flights.
