Waiver for Date Change:
Tickets issued before 15/3/20 for travel from 24/1/20 - 30/11/20
- If you are a passenger in an eligible booking affected by Covid-19 travel restrictions, you may choose to receive flight credits equivalent to the unused value of your original flight ticket, including taxes. These flight credits may be used for future travel before 31 December 2021, for up to two separate bookings.
- Change your travel dates when you rebook (as long as it is before 31 December 2021)
- Choose a different destination when you rebook
- Select a more flexible fare type when you rebook
- Use your flight credits to book a higher cabin class ticket
- Use any remaining flight credits for a second booking
- You also get bonus flight credits, you may enjoy between SGD 75 and SGD 500 toward your next flight with us. The value of the bonus flight credits received is based on the original class of travel, and can be used in conjunction with flight credits.
Tickets issued after 15/3/20 for travel from 24/1/20 - 30/11/20
- You may postpone your trip by changing your travel dates via Manage Your Booking option.
- You may make unlimited changes to your travel dates before 31/10/20 with all change fees waived. After 31/10/20, you may enjoy a complimentary one-time change to your travel dates.
- Please note that any date change must be made within a year of your ticket’s date of issue and any cancellations will be subject to the ticket’s fare conditions.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- If you do not wish to retain the unused value of your ticket as flight credits, you may opt for a refund. Cancellation fees will be waived. However, credit card service fees (for selected countries) and booking fees (for offline ticket purchases) will not be refunded.
- Do note that once a refund is requested, you will no longer be eligible for flight credits or bonus flight credits. If your ticket has been partially used (i.e. you have already flown part of your itinerary), you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your ticket.
- If you have paid for seats, excess baggage or Singapore Stopover Holiday packages, the amount will be refunded along with your ticket. If you have redeemed an upgrade using miles with your original booking, your miles will be redeposited to your original account upon successful processing.
- If you have purchased travel insurance via Singapore Airlines, do remember to contact AIG to cancel the policy for a refund.
