Waiver for Date change:
- First Date Change allowed without a penalty if the travel date is before 30/9/20. Fare difference if any needs to be paid.
- Indigo offers the option of Credit Shell.
- Credit Shell is a credit note created against your cancelled PNR to be used for future booking for the same passenger.
- This Credit Shell will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
- If a passenger flight is suspended due to COVID - 19, a credit shell will be automatically be created against the PNR.
- This Credit Shell can be viewed on Indigo website under Edit booking - - - Retrieve Itinerary.
Cancellations & Refunds:
As per the updated from DGCA on refunds, bookings made between 25/3/20 - 14/4/20 for travel between 25/3/20 - 3/5/20 are eligible for a full refund.
