Waiver for Date Change:
Keep Your Booking: [ For tickets booked on or before 31/8/20 & travel before 30/11/20 ]
- The ticket validity will be extended to 24 months from the date of the original booking. The fare amount you paid for your original booking will be accepted for any flight to the same destination/region at any time with no fees during this period.
- There is no need to contact the airline if your flight is cancelled. It will be kept open automatically and the you can contact when you are read to travel.
Travel Voucher: [ For tickets booked on or before 31/8/20 & travel before 30/11/20 ]
- You can also convert your original booking into a travel voucher. The value of your travel voucher will be equivalent to the amount you paid for your original booking. We can only provide a travel voucher for the part of your booked itinerary that you have not completed.
- The travel voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issue, and you can use it for flights or other Emirates products and services up to its value and can be extended for another year.
- Travel vouchers are valid for one year from the date of the voucher and can be extended for another year.
- Travel vouchers are issued to the named passenger on the original ticket and will be sent to the email address you enter while completing this form.
- You will also receive travel vouchers for any services you have paid for associated to your ticket.
- You may use the travel voucher for to buy any Emirates product or service for yourself or any of your friends and family.
- You can use the travel voucher throughout the year for multiple transactions if you wish to (up to its value).
- Should you be unable to utilise the full value of your travel voucher within 12 months from the date it was issued, you will be entitled to a refund of the unutilised amount or be able to extend the voucher for another year.

Emirates adds 10 new cities for travellers, offers connections through Dubai for 40 cities
- Colombo (from 20 June), Istanbul (from 25 June); Auckland, Beirut, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh (all from 1 July); and Barcelona, Brussels, Munich and Washington DC (all from 15 July).
- These will bring Emirates’ offering flights for passengers from Dubai to 40 cities, including existing flights to London Heathrow, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Chicago, Toronto, Sydney, Melbourne, Manila, Kabul (from 25 June), Bahrain, Manchester, Zurich, Vienna, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Dublin, New York JFK, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, Taipei, Hong Kong, Perth and Brisbane.
